Mondays; they’re unforgiving.
Tuesdays… they’re great for TACOS!
And why not? Tacos are delicious every day of the week if you ask me.
But somehow, someone, at one point in time, decided there’s no better day of the week to enjoy this tasty Mexican fare than on Tuesdays. Maybe there’s a more logical reason behind the whole Taco Tuesday.Â
Who knows?
What I do know, is tacos are my favorite, and Tuesdays are as good a day as any to enjoy them.
