Ibero-American Gran Sol

In the Formats category, #SEGUIMOSHABLANDO DEEPTRUTH won the Ibero-American Grand Sol. This outstanding initiative of Publicis Mexico for PropuestaCívica AC /Reporters Without Borders, swept the globe by addressing in a sensitive, sympathetic, and innovative way an issue barely mentioned in Mexico, and in all Latin America: the violence against journalists.

Africa DDB piece for House of Lapland, Salla 2032, was awarded with two Ibero-American Grandes Soles, one in the Innovation category, and the other in Ads. This campaign using creativity and inspiration looks into the scale of global warming. Salla, which claims to be the coldest town in Finland, launched a bid to host the 2032 Summer Olympics.

The fourth and last Ibero-American Grand Sol went to Let Her Run, created also by Africa DDB for SporTV.  A beautiful movie that shows flawlessly the truth about the gender inequality that populates the major sports events.
