Carnaval Miami Pays Tribute to Latin Music Legends at Noche De Carnaval “Noche de Carnaval” this August 28th

MIAMI, FL – June 21, 2021 – (NOTICIAS NEWSWIRE) – The Kiwanis Club of Little Havana announced that, since the Calle Ocho Festival could not be celebrated this year, they opted to bring back “Noche de Carnaval” as a one-day festival that will feature live music, folkloric dances, great food, cultural experiences, and family fun. The return of this exciting event will allow the Hispanic community in South Florida an opportunity to come together and celebrate once again.

This one-day music festival will take place on August 28, from 2:00 pm to 11 pm, at the Miami Dade County Fair & Exposition. The approved capacity for the event is 10,000, and health and safety measures will be observed. Pre-sale tickets can be reserved by visiting carnavalmiami.com.

“Noche de Carnaval” will pay tribute to Carnaval Miami legends who have graced the Calle Ocho stages over its 43-year history. You can expect to celebrate the great legacy of Latin music, plus new Latin stars singing their most popular songs, as well as their rendition of some classics.

During "Noche de Carnaval," the first 1,000 children attending the event will receive a backpack filled with essential school supplies to celebrate children and families.

“This event is our opportunity to celebrate Calle Ocho style. We will also be naming the King of Carnaval Miami 2021, as our most honored traditions will continue,” said event director and Kiwanis Club member Rick Gonzalez. “'Noche de Carnaval' is an event that spans generations and continents, representing the vibrant culture of Hispanos from Latin America and the Caribbean. This event not only celebrates our culture but allows us to help the next generation, as part of the event proceeds will help provide the children in our community with much-needed school supplies.”

Noche de Carnaval will have the invaluable support of Viva Live TV, a global entertainment company, for the broadcast of the show to their more than 3.5 million subscribers. It will also have the media support of Spanish Broadcasting System and its stations Ritmo 95.7, Z 92.3, El Zol 106.7, and Mega TV.
