This next creation was inspired by Hasbro’s Princess Lolly.  Who doesn’t want to be a princess for Halloween?  Or more importantly, a princess from some place called Candy Land.  I know I do.  So I decided to make this my next accessory.  The other good thing about this project is that it’s pretty easy and fast to make too.

These are all the supplies you’ll need – strong adhesive, clips, styrofoam spheres (different sizes), head band, skewers, and 1 yellow/white foam sheet.  Yes, that’s a green ‘deadema’ in there too.

You’ll draw and then cut out the shape of your crown on the foam paper.  Size, cut and then glue your skewer sticks with the point side pointing up.  You’ll need them real soon.

Choose the size and color of your styrofoam spheres and paint away.  You will then attach your styrofoam spheres to the pointed skewer sticks.

Use clips to hold everything together until it dries. Once dry, you can try it on for size and start planning out the rest of your Princess Lolly look.

My suggestion: visit your local thrift store and find complimentary pieces to complete your look.
