I certainly like to eat them!

I certainly do love them.  Me apasionan de una manera that I can’t explain.  All that juicy goodness dressed in pure deliciousness like guacamole, pico de gallo, cremita and salsa de molcajete… uuy hasta se me hace agua la boca.  But am I an authority on eating tacos, which tacos to eat, how you should make, or even how to eat your tacos?  No sé, but I kind of like the title!
